Cleo (3yrs) , Jack (4yrs old) & Smore (6yrs old) are in need of a new home!
They are very social and have been in a home with other cats, dogs and children.

🌟 Update on Tupac’s Recovery & Fundraiser 🌟

Hi everyone!

We want to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has donated, shared, and sent love to Tupac. After surviving a scary dog attack and undergoing surgery, he’s on the road to recovery. Despite already facing seizures and visual impairment, Tupac has always been the sweetest, most loving cat—and he’s proving to be a true fighter!

If you know Tupac, you know how much he loves to snuggle with his people. Even after everything he’s been through, he’s still seeking out love and cuddles, reminding us all how strong and special he is.
We’re about 70% of the way to our goal of covering the surgery but we are anticipating that he will need a few more post surgery vet appointments and continued care for his seizures. The vet bills are still adding up, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the support so far..
every little bit helps! Whether it’s a donation or just sharing this post to spread the word.

Everyone meet Velma. This beautiful girl was rescued a few months ago from Lancaster after rescuers found her in the cold, next to her sibling, who unfortunately had been shot and tragically passed away. She was brought to a foster home where she's slowly come out of her shell, however, She still has a long way to go.
She would need to be adopted to a family who is ready and willing to be patient with her. She does fine with other cats, will even show her playful side when shes in the mood. Currently lives with a large dog and stopped hissing at him weeks ago.
She needs someone who is willing to have an independent roommate. Someone who will allow her to adjust on her terms and give her the space she needs.
She is Spayed and up to date on all her vaccines.

Urgent Help Needed for Injured Kitten!

Two nights ago, this sweet kitten was attacked by a dog, leaving him with a severe internal tear and in need of emergency surgery for an abdominal hernia. After rushing him to Willow Run Veterinary Clinic, our amazing vet has been working tirelessly to care for him, but he still has a long road to recovery.

Along with the surgery, this little fighter will need several weeks of treatment and recovery, including care for a torn cornea caused by the attack.

The medical expenses are mounting, and we are asking for your support to help cover the cost of his emergency surgery and ongoing care. Every little bit helps, and no donation is too small. Your generosity will give this kitten the chance he desperately needs to heal and thrive.

Attached is the invoice detailing the surgery cost, which will be about $1,000

We are sooooo thankful to our friends Swaddle And Nest for sending us these AMAZING blankets! Not only do our recruits absolutely love them but we shared some with our local TNR clinic and they have been an absolute hit! They are so soft, the kittens and pups absolutely love to cuddle in them!

We are So grateful to Travis’ Crafts not only did he and his mom pick up and transport our Lancaster cats for us but they brought a ton of donations with them!

PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US. We really are doing the best we can😭 Adoptions are super slow and surrender requests are through the roof! Most (if not all) Rescues are already beyond overwhelmed with animals in need..we are flooded with emails, voicemails, texts and Facebook messages every day with requests to take in more! Many of our volunteers are known within their communities/neighborhoods and are regularly approached by people or have even had people show up unannounced at their homes with animals! As a volunteer/foster based rescue, we are extremely limited to the number of animals we can take in at a time and even more limited by lack of funds and resources! Our volunteers work tirelessly to help in every way they can BUT they are human ..aside from the time they dedicate to taking care of all the animals in their care, they are full time workers, full time parents, they have full time jobs, families and responsibilities outside of rescue that they need to take care of as well. We have one director who is deployed overseas and our other director, who typically handles the day to day operations, recently started a new job and is no longer working from home full time therefore much less time flexibility. Please be patient with us if we don’t immediately reply to a message! PLEASE BE KIND TO OUR VOLUNTEERS!🙏 we are exhausted and just as frustrated that we can’t help more than we already do. THIS IS JUST ONE DAYS WORTH of unanswered texts and missed calls from our directors phone😭 We understand the frustrations but We promise we are not intentionally ignoring you. We aren’t purposefully taking too long to respond AND we absolutely hate when we have to turn someone away or tell you that there is a mile long waitlist to surrender or TNR. We really do want to help any way we can but we are human and there’s only so much we can do at a time. 🐾😭
