UPDATE: we are now closed tomorrow due to road conditions ❄️

As a result of the winter storm our grooming salon will be closed on Friday and potentially Saturday if icy road conditions persist, but as always we will keep our clients posted. We wish everyone a safe and warm remainder of their week ❄️🤍

Everyone meet Link! 🐾

Some of you may have already met our littlest member of The Haven team if not let me introduce him!
•
Link was being fostered by one of our groomers and she decided to keep him due to the incredible bond they had so he is now our grooming salon kitty!
•
He is a lover of people, dogs, naps, and snuggles! If you’re coming in for an appointment (and you’re not allergic) Link has a pet tax you have to pay before you leave since he demands good pets from everyone, he doesn’t discriminate!

Cheryl’s Country Haven will be closed for Boarding and Grooming on Thursday the 4th of July 🇺🇸

All pets that will be in our care on the 4th of July will still be cared for; we are only closing for pickup/drop off since it is a holiday. As always, if there’s any questions or concerns regarding your pets stay at The Haven please contact our team!

With careful consideration due to the complexities and unforeseen circumstances of our personal lives, we have decided to change our core hours (8-4) to “by appointment only”.
•
*What this means for our clients*
this means we no longer have set business hours of operation to schedule appointments for boarding or grooming. if you’re looking to schedule an appointment for boarding or grooming or looking for a specific time or day please contact us and we will let you know what time slots are available!

*Appointment information*
because we are now “by appointment only” it is absolutely imperative that all clientele are on time for their scheduled appointment time. clients are given a 15 minute grace period after their scheduled time, after that clients will be rescheduled for the next available appointment time. “no call, no shows” will not be tolerated and after your 3rd offense you will be let go as a client.
