*****Edit***** Update: celebrating that Lumpy has found a new home with a previous puppy family nearby. They have a son of Chester x Mocha 2018 so Lumpy grew up with Wally as a puppy. Here's hoping she has found the perfect 🏡👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 so far it is working out very well and she is fitting in seamlessly.*******
She is 6 years young, sweet, mellow yet active to fetch a ball. Her mom and 2 brothers are therapy dogs. Lumpy was returned because she seemed stressed out by their bustling household with small children. She would do best in a family with older children 10+ years or older family, older couple that have a quieter household. She gets along with other dogs, never been around cats but could learn with proper introduction. She was not aggressive with small children just afraid of them and cowered to the mom for protection with her trial family. She is a velcro dog inside and outside, does not wander far. Will chase squirrels, cows, deer in hiking fields but comes right back. Despite her strong recall would prefer a h🏠me with fencing or remote location off busy roads for her safety. Even though she is timid, she is protective of the females in her house so growls at strange men. Will adjust to men in her household once she gets to know them, they feed, walk her. She is spayed, never had puppies but passed her health clearances, house trained, gentle, walks on leash easily- does not pull, knows sit, down commands, loves carrying toys around, walks, snuggling with her person and doesn't chew. Her owner passed away this past summer and we are committed to finding the perfect family fit for her. References and meeting required before transfer. She is up to date on vaccines, monthly dewormer and flea tick prevention. Mae Mae had a good run this morning, then a bath. Now playing lap dog to keep me on my break from cleaning house for Thanksgiving...can't resist this sweet face. Love snuggling with my girl! 💜

Congratulations to Ralph on training Bart to his Senior title! It is quite an achievement! Bart is the sire of our recent beautiful litter with Mudgie. They are all in their new homes and we look forward to hearing how everyone is doing.

Bart went two for two and received two ribbions today to earn his senior title. Thank you goes out to the Susquehanna Retriever Club for putting on the hunt test. The judges Diane Amerman and Bill Albany Senior Test one Mary Harding , Kim Stahl and App Judge Eileen Harold.

11 weeks old...A little Mommy-daughter time learning how to chill in bed on a Sunday morning...though it comes naturally so only a little bit learned...😉 Momma Mudgie is a good model🤩

Whoever thinks chocolate labs are "crazy" has never met this family...😍 chill, content, relaxed are some of the words 😂

Sailor on left and Camper on right. Optical illusion for camper to look so much smaller. He is just further back on chair, 1 lb difference between them. All had deworming, nails clipped and dremmeled.
