From my trainer’s perspective… I want for the same hopes and dreams that my riders and horses strive for. I feel the same weight on my shoulders as you do on yours. I want the great rides and the successful trips in the ring. I want it for you! Sometimes you go in the show ring and put down the best ride and sometimes just a tiny minor error keeps you out of the ribbons. But all of these moments, no matter how big or small, make the journey of learning and being a horse trainer that much more enriched. I love the adventure for each of you, on and off of our horses. The late night wrapping, the early “good morning” yawns, the hysterical laughs we have as a barn family… these are the things that make horse showing so much fun. Our great barn family comes together to cheer each other on and rally to make the best out of each day at the show. This is the atmosphere and character that I will carry on for Waverly Farm, what my Step Dad instilled in me a long time ago, horsemanship is of utmost importance, not the ribbons, although those are the cherries on top, it’s about the whole process and bigger picture. And boy am I proud to feel the enrichment that each of our barn mates, Moms & Dads and families bring, that both attend horse shows and the barn team at home! Congratulations on another wonderful show season to our whole barn family. I am so proud of all of you! And cheers to one more weekend ahead for the pony squad to shine as bright as they can as well! My heartfelt gratitude! 💕 And for the rest, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves… we had a blast representing Team USA as the theme was Olympics! 🇺🇸

Incredibly proud of Team Waverly Farm this weekend! I love seeing the horsemanship, the support to one another and to other teams and the horses! I can see each partnership growing and learning along the way. Two Championships, Two Reserve Championships and One Medal Win! Congratulations on a successful weekend!
