guys listen up!! The past week I had a lot of no shows!! Now at this time of year I'am very busy and if you can't make it to ur appt. pls call and tell me so I can re-book that appt. If not I lose $.........So from now on if you don't call me the day prior to ur appt. to let me know you can't make it, I won't be re booking your dog again! FAIR WARNING!! You don't call to cancel then fine another groomer and good luck with that!!
