Here at The Pet Puddle we offer a variety of grooming services for cats and dogs. We operate on an appointment based schedule Tuesday-Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are currently open one Saturday a month, to accommodate our clients that can not make it in throughout the week due to their varying schedules. Phillip Duran is the owner and a groomer here at the salon, and is especially talented

in his ability to safely and beautifully perform his hair cuts. She re-located here from Cincinnati, OH where she trained under a groomer with over 20 years' experience. She specializes in hand sc******ng and creative grooming. Our staff is made up of individuals that have had extensive experience around animals which offers our facility an array of knowledge on the pets we encounter. We strive to keep our prices fair and provide Granville county and the surrounding area with the best grooming experience possible.

Why is it so important to keep your pets nails short? This is why! Proper posture takes pressure of the skeleton and allows for proper muscle engagement. This protects joints because once we lose the integrity of a joint it can never be healed completely. Whether your pet can wear down their nails by themselves or they need help from you, please listen for the sound of nails clacking on hat dust faces when they walk by you. That is an indication that they need some nail care!

Back on the nail cutting theme again! That’s because they are so very important.

If you cut a nail right back as far as you can up against the pad, you will be cutting through bone. Not only will that hurt, it can cause many problems in the future.
