Ignore the messy house. We have a lot of kids and a lot of cats in here 🤣. I often have people worried about their kittens around their kids. I can assure you if you get a kitten from us it will be very well socialized with kids.

Sometimes as a breeder you get cats who just don’t want to take care of kittens or just don’t have good litters and you have to make the choice to let them go because it’s best for both of you. This is HARD because you invest a lot into making sure a cat is good for breeding. Breeders usually will wait until the kitten is a year old, DNA/color test the kitten, etc. By the time the cat is old enough and actually has her kittens you’ve usually invested a lot of $ and over a year of your time.

I was at the point I was going to let one of my breeders go because she wouldn’t breed until she was 15 months old and then her first litter was only 1 kitten and she wanted nothing to do with it. Her second litter (7 months later) she had 1 more kitten. She took care of it after a few days, but in the beginning I was up every 2 hours bottle feeding her baby. BUT here we are another year later and she had 4 healthy & happy babies!

These babies and their momma hold a special place in my heart. They will be ready to go in August.

Very informative flyer by Acaramia Ragdolls of WV, thank you Micayla!!

This is something some of you will find very interesting. Several of you have mink, sepia and/or solid Ragdolls. What some of you may not know, is that there has always been discord between the breeders who want the Ragdoll to be a 'bep" (blue eyed pointed) breed and those who have included other variations of colors and/or supported those who do. That finally came to a head and changes were made in TICA. As of May 1, 2025 all minks, sepia and solids will be their own breed named Cherubim. The Ragdoll and the Cheribum are sister breeds only separated by coat and eye colors but will both be in the Ragdoll Breed Group as per TICAs newest decisions. This new decision opens doors for the minks, sepia and solids to show for championship titles now. A status they did not share while being registered as Ragdolls. Again this all will go into effect as of May 2025 so there will be one more year of breeding that the kittens from now through that date will still be registered Ragdolls and not be able to receive any titles in TICA. This video is from an LCWW (Loving Cats WorldWide) show where minks and sepias are currently known and showing for titles as Cherubim Ragdolls. Very confusing I know and I'm happy to answer any questions. That being said comments are open but don't allow yourself to be "catty" or I will remove you. This was a compromise of sorts and I'm done listening to any further issues coming from "sides".

Update: Binx went to his new home this weekend, with his brother from another mother! They came to pick their new baby up and left with 2!
