Dear clients…. This is a very much needed topic that needs to be touched!

From today October 11th 2024 forward….
There will be no exceptions for late drop offs!!! Drop off is between 8:30-9 for a reason!!!! That gives a 30 minute time frame for you to drop your pet off. At 9:00 I start my day with the pets. Meaning the door is locked and WILL NOT be opened until I call you to let you know your pet is ready!

I clearly state when everyone drops their pet off that I will call you when they are ready to be picked up. Calling continuously asking if your pet is ready for pick up and even showing up to the shop to ask if your pet is ready makes it take me longer to get your pet ready to go!!!!!

Also I will start closing from 12-1 for lunch!!!!!

I’m sorry if this causes any inconvenience… But my niceness has been taken advantage of for way too long! Hope you all have a great day!

Good morning everyone!! We’ve been busy all weekend at The Pampered Pooch with a bit of a “face lift” to the shop!!! Glenn has had a few weeks off due to him having his manhood stolen from him without his consent... So he needed a good haircut. He’s still unsure if he’s happy or not. On the other note so impressed with how far this boy has came since he started coming here!!! So much love for my “gen”

*Reminder to double coated dog owners!!!!!
Double coats such as Oreo the Pomeranian get compacted!!! Brushing daily if not every other day is needed to help keep them where they don’t get compacted!!!! Be sure to brush all the way down to the skin and not just the top layer of hair!!!

Hey guys!! I wanted to thank everyone for being so kind over my maternity leave! We have had time to spend with our girl and time to come back to work now and see all my fur babies!!! The shop will open Monday the 12th!!! Please be sure to call or message the shop page to get your babies scheduled. The first few weeks have maybe 2 appointments left! So bare with me while I try and get everyone squeezed in where we can squeeze!

Hey guys!!! As some of you already know The Pampered Pooch is growing! We are excited to say we are adding two more feet to the fleet!! Our little girl is due in January! So with that being said PLEASE be mindful as we get everyone in to be groomed! I’m here Monday through Friday grooming. As the next two months go by we have lots of holidays and events in our family coming up. Please be sure to schedule your appointments ahead of time!!!! Thank you again to each and every wonderful client that we have and continue to have!!! We appreciate all y’all do!!
