Responsibilities:
• Perform grooming services for a variety of pets, including dogs and cats, according to breed standards and client preferences.
• Provide bathing, trimming, styling, and nail trimming services with precision and care.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of pets throughout the grooming process, including handling and restraint techniques.
• Communicate effectively with pet parents to understand their grooming preferences and address any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming equipment, workstations, and salon environment.
• Adhere to salon policies and procedures, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a professional pet groomer, with a strong portfolio of grooming work.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for pets and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pet parents and colleagues.
• Personal grooming tools and equipment a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours based on appointment volume and salon needs.

Pay:
• Commission-based pay structure, with the percentage based on experience.
• Part-time to full-time pay can range from $10,000 per year to $80,000 per year,
depending on hours and appointments.

We are getting a good start on setting up the store! It is starting to look like a store now! We are waiting on shipments of food to be delivered. About a month away from opening … if all goes as planned. Exciting 😁😁😁

Our store passed the final inspection from the city! It is called the Certificate of Occupancy or C/O for short! This means the city has cleared the store to be open for business. All plumbing and fire safety systems are good to go!
