Good Morning ! This weather is amazing !! Hope everyone is enjoying there day! I need to bring up an issue once again.

I am a a small groom shop. My son helps and for that reason I cant keep letting people cancel after 24 hours or No show or be late 45 mins. I have a list of people wanting in and I cant fill that appointment in 20 mins. I will be charging no shows for appt and cancellation fee if cant fill your appt in time. Less then 24 hour notice same process.

I appreciate EVERYONE and I want to keep my shop quiet and be the only groomer I cant do that if I have no shows and 20 mins before appt cancellations!!
