To all unit owners. This is just an FYI to let you know that our new owner Rick Pohto in unit 1204 has been added to the board, He is not an officer but an added board member. Rick has alot of experience and contacts in the contracting field and will be a big help to us. John is still our President elect and will remain so in a capacity of consultant only. All,
We have contracted John Spaller to begin power washing some of the walls around the units. Depending on the weather he may begin Tuesday or Wednesday and he may need to hookup to a few of the outside faucets to run the washer. Any questions or concerns please contact either John or myself.

To make it easier on you and our Treasurer please think about web bill pay set up for your monthly maintenance fee. Web bill pay is typically free through your own bank and just requires setting us up as a vendor/bill. Then you can set a reoccurring bill payment each month and they will mail out a check to us for free. If you have any questions on this you may contact Morris and he will explain to you how it works.
