BIG CHANGES COMING‼️‼️

As of January 2nd we will only have one groomer!!

Karley is gonna pursue grooming in crockett full time. I “lindsey” will continue to work tuesday-friday. With that being said i will be very limited on how many dogs i can take on. This was very hard to let the best employee ever go but i want what is best for her!

Good morning!! Today is a new day! Yesterday I had 7 yes 7 NO SHOWS. And not 1 paid the $25 no show fee. They choose to be mad and say I shouldn’t charge them and they will go else where. Guys I can not stress to you enough. I DO NOT wanna charge you. BUT we do 15 dogs a day and when 1/2 of them don’t show up that’s 1/2 the money we would have made and we just loose that PLUS our time! My workers are just sitting here when you don’t show up!! EVERY groomer has a NO SHOW policy and I will stand by mine!! If you don’t like it then please don’t waste my time and make an appointment. Yes my clients keep me open and I appreciate you all but I will not be ran over by some. The ones that show up and even the ones that don’t but understand the fee. I appreciate you more than you know!

I also want yall to understand this job is not for the weak. We get bit, pooped on, peed on, a**l glands on us, and rushed around all day. Did I choose this job?! Yes I did and I wouldn’t change it! I knew the hard work starting. But with that being said please be patient and kind. Our job is very stressful. I love you all and hope yall have a great Christmas !!

As of JANUARY 1st 2025 we will be going up on our prices. Small dogs has been $45 the last 6 years.. we will be going up to $50. Large dogs start at $75. We hate going up but yall this job is so much work and supplies just keep going up! We hope you all understand! Love Lindsey
