Love this! So often we spend all our energy working on the outside shell and we forget to nurture our true selfs .... the spirit within ! From the outside it may look as though we have it all together, however inside we are stressed to the max and honestly can’t even get a clear thought!
Biofeedback is an amazing tool to work on that inner you .... balance and release those stresses to the point you can literally feel the inner you take a breath of relief!!

I ❤️ this ! So very true ! Often we find ourselves repeating the same block of our lives and can’t seem to get to the next level . One of the reasons we do this is mindset ,and we can’t see the forest due to the trees !
One of the benefits of biofeedback is it helps to get rid of the old baggage we carry around labeled past and current stresses . Once you feel less stressed it is AMAZING how your mind responds and how much more clearly you can think ....
You find yourself seeing from fresh eyes and no longer feel like the perpetual mouse on the wheel ! Of course with the less stresses on your system you will also find the physical body getting itself back to a healing state !

My favorite time of the day is sitting on my porch , drinking coffee , and watching the new Day dawn ! It’s in these moments I realize that God is continually blessing us and THIS day was given as a gift ! What happens today will be a reflection of this moment right here ..... and then I surrender my all to Him with complete trust that His plans for me are GOOD ! I thank Him with all I am and know that yes Transformation is happening NOW!

One of my favorites and cool features of biofeedback is the aura test. The system will run a test on your aura and then you have a chance to view it .
Your aura (or biofield, the term used by scientists who have been studying it) is a multilayered shell of energy that emanates from your body and interacts with the energies of your environment. It is itself a protective atmosphere that surrounds you, filtering out many of the energies you encounter and drawing in others you need .
I like to start off a session running your aura and then comparing it to the one run AFTER your session! The colors all have meanings and we go over that in your session!
