Hey y’all!! It’s finally time I got around to posting my news!!!

I’m finally getting out of my current location, for many of you who know my situation, you know it couldn’t be better news !

I am closing as of February 18 and officially reopening April 1st!

Hey all.

I’m updating my policies here soon and will be giving copies to clients in person..

But I wanted to update some things that I am starting immediately..

Late fees - if we set a specific drop off /pick up time, it has a 5 minute leeway. After 5 minutes you will be charged $5 and $5 more per 15 minutes of being late

Walking in too early for pick up or drop off will also result in an all over $5 fee

I have experienced too many clients ignoring my rules for the shop, ignoring the signs I post or texts I send, and not respecting the overall environment of the shop. It is my responsibility to protect the dogs with me every day. I have certain rules set in place to protect a social environment and to keep them as comfortable as possible. It is important to avoid stressing them out unnecessarily. People aren’t supposed to be walking in and out constantly, so when people come in whenever they want it defeats the purpose of a low stress environment.

Grooming can be stressful enough for most dogs, and it’s unfair to myself or them to cause unnecessary stress .. it can also be dangerous.
