Did you know there is a sex-linked color variety in silkies? The chocolate silkie! A chocolate roo when bred to a black hen, all babies will be carriers of the chocolate gene but only the girls will be chocolate colored. The boys will be black. How neat! Endless possibilities with color genetics, can’t get enough! (Pic from google)
