This clutch ended up pretty neat. A striped snow, two different types of albino, some striped some normal and some regular colored animals and stripes and everything is possible het anery and 100% het stripe if it is normal pattern.

Last season here for this female and she did a terrible job nest-building by this girl but she did drop 17 perfect eggs for me. Het albino bred to a het albino. This female will be ready to travel after a couple meals to rebuild some strength. P.m. for details

Tried out a new nest box and the snakes are ignoring all other options and using them. Spilotes mexicanus clutches 1 and 2 from my Tamaulipas x Honduran male to a sibling female and a unrelated Honduran female.

Egg box is a 5g storage tote filled all the way with coco fiber and sphagnum moss. I fluffed it to get it touching the lid and they go in and pat down an area and make a nest. Same substrate or either individually in smaller containers are completely ignored.

After 100 days of incubation we have 9 of 11 Spilotes sulphureus babies out of the egg!

3.1 CBB Tamaulipas locality tigers in quarantine along with one LTC Nicaraguan to be added into and be the priority of the 2022 season. I have an additional 0.1 CBB Tamaulipas in the main building not included here. 3.2 total Tamaulipas locality animals from the GPZ stock should make for an amazing season!
