Victor is still available for adoption!
Give us a call if you’re interested in him 🩷
Free to a good home.
His personality is cuddly and playful! And he spends his day watching the treatment area and getting cuddles from techs, but we would love to see him find a forever home!

Our Christmas Party was a success, with a surprise snowball fight included ❄️
We are so grateful or our staff and doctors who always make this time of the year so special here at Island Animal Hospital ♥️ Wishing everyone a Happy Holiday filled with family and fun.
Keeping your pet safe this holiday!
You may have heard of a “mysterious” respiratory illness spreading amongst dogs this season, but don’t panic!
Here at Island we are ready to help and give you advice for your fur-baby to avoid this!
1. If your pet is highly social and loves to go to dog parks or board, you may want to reconsider to decrease possible exposure to this virus.
2. Make sure your pet’s vaccinations are all up to date! Especially if you don’t want to stop their fun playtime with other dogs or wish to board them 🐕
3. Watch for symptoms! Just like kennel cough, look for sneezing, nasal discharge, eye discharge, difficulty breathing, coughing, and/or lethargy.
We want to help prevent your pet from getting sick, but also catch any possible illness early! This way they can recover quickly and focus on being your loving companion 🩷
