Green Tripe : Directly from the cow's 4th stomach to the processing plant then bagged. Coarse Whole Ground Turkey: Whole USDA turkey that
are taken off the line due to a bruise or a cosmetic flaw; torn skin or broken bone. Turkey that could not be packaged for sale as whole is used with nothing else added then ground whole and packaged. Turkey Hearts: Whole hearts with connective tissue attached. Course Ground Salmon: Heads, Frames, and Trim ground with no preservatives or additives. All fish comes from Norway and Canada. Salmon Chunks: Boneless Salmon chunks hand trimmed from the same salmon in the 5lb. chubs (Available in 5lb bags)
