🎁 Happy Pawlidays from our HSTC family to yours! 🎁

We just wanted to let you all know of some upcoming holiday closures. Our shelter and thrift stores will be closed all day on Dec. 24 and 25. We will reopen for normal business hours on Dec. 26. We will then be closed again on Dec 31 and Jan 1, and will reopen again on Jan 2.

Don't worry, we will still be here behind the scenes to take care of the animals! Hope you all have a wonderful holiday season.

🐱 Tango and Cash are 2 sweet brothers who have been together their entire lives and often sleep next to each other. They are currently listed on our partner adoption program, Home to Home, as their owner unfortunately is unable to care for them any longer. Their owner is hoping that they can find a home where they can stay together.

These two boys are extremely friendly to people and would make excellent companions. Our Home to Home program allows animals to stay in their home until they are adopted. We are hoping to find them a home before they need to be surrendered to our shelter.

Fosters & Donations Needed ❗❗

Can you believe that these puppies are 5 months old?! They are the size of two-month-old babies. They arrived at our shelter last week in terrible condition. Despite all odds, they are still the sweetest pups ever.

We are looking for a loving foster home that can help them heal and build up their strength. The foster would need to commit to bringing them to our shelter for regular medical check-ups. To foster, please email [email protected]. No phone calls please.

Our veterinary team works diligently every day to provide the best care possible for these deserving animals. Please help us continue to provide life-saving care to animals just like these two babies pictured below ❤️💔.

😸 Working cats available for adoption! PLEASE SHARE!

What is a Working Cat? A cat that is more comfortable living outdoors, in a barn, a warehouse, farm, nursery or store. They may be semi friendly and possibly semi-sassy. These cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, ear tipped, and receive one months’ worth of topical flea prevention. Their adoption fee is also waived! These hard working cats will still need your love and attention. As a pet owner you are required to provide necessary vet care, food, water, basic shelter, and will need to be able to allow your Working Cat about 2-4 weeks to be acclimated to its new space.
