We are a non-profit 501(c)3 pending corporation consisting of two extremely Bulldog-passionate board members. We have teamed up to make a difference in the rescuing of Bulldogs and giving them a well deserved second chance at a wonderful life filled with love, proper care and a place to call their "Forever Home". Too many are abandoned, abused, neglected, and surre

ndered for financial reasons or un-forseen circumstances. Together we can help their voices be heard and give them an opportunity to have a family to call their own for the rest of their precious lives. We are based out of NY. All of the foster and adoptive parents will have a home visit before a bulldog is placed. We will not ship our Bulldogs, so please do not ask us to do so. Funds donated or raised are crucial to any rescue. BUMPER depends on generous donations of any denomination to help care for and provide the necessary essentials that these bulldogs need such as vet care, treatment programs, and supplies. At BUMPER, we strive to make a difference in the lives of these four legged friends. Our Board of Directors is run by Melissa Sanchez, Jesus Sanchez, and Maria Ortiz-Maikowski. One week update for Louie from his amazing foster mom , Kim!

1 round of antibiotics and 3 medicated baths later, his skin is already starting to look a little better. His skin is not as fierce but it is a work in progress. He has already gone from being skittish and nervous to fun and rambunkcous! He is a loving cheeky ball of energy and has started to snuggle on the sofa with us in the evening. He enjoys his walks and we are working on his potty training! He is such a sweet boy.

Good Morning from the 3 Amigos!

Rosie and Bosco have a vet appointment tomorrow for a eye consultation!

Stella vet appointment is 9/21 for a spay and double cherry eye surgery

All 3 will be vaccinated this week.

Two year old Steve is located in Charlotte, NC!

Louie had a full morning at the vet today !
Skin scraping , ear cytology and a full exam !

He was sent home with meds and medicated shampoo for the mange , ear infections and upset stomach!

His foster mom , Kim Fielder, said he is full of personality!

We are looking forward to getting healthy and ready for his forever family

Louie is a 1 year old Blue Merle French Bulldog !

Sadly he has a extreme case of demodicosis, red mange ,.

He has a vet appointment tomorrow morning for a exam and skin scrapping!

Gorda had a good 1 st night with her foster family .

We are going to try to get her the vet this week for a exam and vaccines

We think she will probably require Cherry eye surgery for both eyes
Plus she will need to be spayed

Sweet young girl was found by a Good Samaritan In Florida !

She does not have a chip.

We will need a foster while we have her vetted and learn about her personality

She is doing good with the dog that is in the home that is owned by the person that found her

Located in Pembroke Pines , can be fostered within 2-3 hours of Pembroke Pines !

Thunder is feeling back to normal! Just needs to get his staples out in 2 weeks. We are so grateful for the outpouring of love and support provided to Thunder ! His foster family, Amanda Adams, were true angels who never gave up on him ! Miracle’s do happen!! His odds of survival were minimal!

Freddy is over the moon busting out of the shelter. Thank you Lisa & Kristin !

French toast was sprung from the shelter today. Outside enjoying the sights and smells at her foster home. Even had a greeting from the horses !

Located in Hillsborough County , Fl. Puppy boy Freddie is ready for a foster family. The rescue will have both of his cherry eyes taken care. We would like to get him into foster while his medical needs are taken care of and learn to more about his personality ! He is probably between 10 -12 months old. Bumper boy Gus is having a blast in his foster home.

GM Bumper Family!! It’s been a heartbreaking few days. We would like to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support for Momma Maggie & the pups. Stormi sadly stayed overnight at the ER vet and we are waiting for a update from the vet this morning. Goose was thankfully released from the Er vet yesterday. At this time we do not have a concrete reason as to what was the cause. We are hopeful the bloodwork and sonogram results can provide some answers today. Wanted to share some smiles this morning! Goose is sleeping well and Momma Maggie is doing good!

Momma Maggie and her babies did well overnight ! Thank you foster mom Wendy for providing Maggie and her babies a warm safe home filled with love !
