Thought I would showcase some bath dogs. Grooming is not only for long hair pups that require hair cuts.

Look at these babies who recently all got pampered for the holidays. Ears cleaned, nails grinded, a good Deshed, some yummy cologne, they are all so fresh and clean. None on the Naughty List!

We’ve got a bunch of new babies on the books so I thought I would introduce these three new cuties altogether…..

Colby is a Shih Tzu who got just a mini groom at 16 weeks old. He’s got an absolutely gorgeous coat and mom is a pro at taking care of it. ❤️

Jeep is a Mi-Ki with personality plus! If I could drive away with him, I would. This boy is super smart and the world is his to capture! ❤️

Mocha is a Maltipoo who is an absolute doll. She’s got her parents wrapped around her little paws and I can see EXACTLY how this happened. ❤️

Looking forward to watching these babies grow.

As our business continues to grow, we’ve seen an increase in demand for our grooming services, which means our schedule is filling up quickly. It brings us great joy to serve so many happy, well-groomed pets! To help us better serve you and manage this growth, we are excited to announce the launch of an upgraded scheduling system in the new year.

Here’s what you can expect:
• Appointment Reminders: You’ll soon receive a text reminder 5 days prior to your appointment. This will give you date of your next appointment and allow ample time to let us know if you need to make any adjustments to your schedule. Avoid any additional fees per our 48 hour cancellation policy.

• Arrival Window Notifications: The day before your appointment, you will receive a text with an estimated arrival window, so you know exactly when to expect us. Please follow prompts to confirm the appointment.

As we transition to a more streamlined scheduling system, we want to let you know that our grooming schedule is becoming increasingly tight. We are now organizing appointments based on a monthly route schedule. If your pet is currently on a different schedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we highly recommend transitioning to the monthly schedule to ensure availability. Once our monthly routes reach capacity, we may need to refer you to another groomer who can better meet your needs.

A few important notes:
• Scheduling Flexibility: Our routes are carefully planned, so once appointments are routed making changes or adjustments can be challenging. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience when rescheduling or less than 48 hour changes are necessary.
• Regular Grooming: To keep your pet's coat in top condition and prevent issues like mats or excessive shedding, we strongly recommend scheduling regular grooming sessions on a monthly basis. This also helps us provide the best care and ensures timely service for all our clients.

Please note that we are unable to return calls while grooming pets or traveling between appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide the highest level of service to your beloved pets.
