Attention Silver Spur Community Residents: The Community swimming pool repairs/maintenance is scheduled to be completed and the pool area open by July 8th. The hot tubs have been redone, old equipment has been replaced, the deck will be resurfaced and the swimming pool has been switched to a salt water system. We thank you for your patience and hope you enjoy the update pool area.

Silver Spur Community Dinner- Valentine's Day 2018
Our Silver Spur residents enjoyed a lasagna dinner with salad and bread-sticks, along with desserts they brought to share with their neighbors. Thank you to all who joined us!

It's a beautiful day at Silver Spur MHC. Swimming pool is heated to a nice 85 degrees for our residents to enjoy year round!
