Gemelli getting back into the swing of things.
After several days of shows at the Brooksville circuit and in Lakeland Florida this past weekend, Gemelli has earned 4 Points toward her conformation championship. It's a slow process requiring patience and dedication. It takes 15 points to complete an AKC Championship which includes the need for two major wins. That means she must beat a specific number of females in her breed at any one given day of shows. It is very difficult to build Majors for standard poodles. The purple and white striped ribbons are reserved wins and the purple ribbon is for winners. That's what you want is the purple ribbon that's how you gain points.
