Qualifications:
-Customer Service Experience in the Veterinary field is preferred but not mandatory
-Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker, and strong communicator, personable
-Organized with computer proficiency
-Self-motivator eager to enhance skills and knowledge
-Great phone etiquette

Responsibilities
- Maintain the reception area's visual appeal; greet and assist clients
- Answer inquiries, triage concerns, and handle appointments efficiently
- Provide emotional support to clients during sensitive times
- Must handle unpleasant odors, noises, and potential animal-related hazards
-Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
-Check clients in and out while maintaining  professionalism
- Work in a high pace environment
