Our crops are looking exceptional and are scheduled for harvest tomorrow. We are especially proud of our micro radish, pea shoots, and sunflower shoots. Orders can be placed online at Matsumicrogreensak.com. Our products are also available for purchase at the South Anchorage Farmers' Market and the Bushes Bunches Stand in Palmer.

We planted and stacked 40+ microgreens trays yesterday. We got pro-mix from Alaska Mill and Feed Inc.- it's much cheaper than Lowe's. Thanks again for the tip Jenny! (Fresh Starts Farms, LLC)
