🖤🤍🖤 What is blue roan?

Blue roan is a variant of roan that is achieved when areas of a dog's coat are made up of a more or less even mixture of white and black hairs mixed together, which produces a distinctive blueish-grey colour.

♥️🎄♥️Have a paws-itively amazing Christmas with Max (black tip sable), St. Nick (liver and white tri), or Cocoa (liver and white)♥️🎄♥️

These three pups show the difference between the three type of liver colorings.

Max ~ Black tipped sable are my personal favorites with the liver hairs tipped with black. It creates a light overlay of black over top the liver on this tri colored roan pup. Around the eyes and above the eyebrows it is very evident.

St. Nick ~This is a liver tri-roan puppy. He has a few spots and pure white around the spots. The tan eyebrows and cheeks are the markings of any tri-colored whether black or liver. They will have tan spots on the legs and under the tail as well.

Cocoa~ This pup is a liver roan. You can see the liver color blending with the white on her face which produces almost a silvery look. The legs have some roan as well. Some legs look splotchy instead of spots.
