We are happy to report that our phones and internet have been restored! Thank you to everyone for your patience with us while we've done our best to work through the aftermath of Milton. And an equally big thank you to everyone who has been sharing our posts. We've reached a lot of pet parents looking for help this way, and it really made a difference!

At this time we are still without phone and internet, but we are open and otherwise operational. We are able to review emails now using a mobile hotspot and if you need to contact us you can email us at "[email protected]". If you need an urgent response or if you pet is in need of more immediate care or medications we still encourage you to just come on over as our response times are delayed. Thank you to everyone who is sharing our posts. We have reached a lot of pet parents in need of help this way. At this time it is unclear when our phones will be restored but are hopeful it will be soon.

Thank you to everyone sharing our posts. We are still without phone and internet but are otherwise fully operational and will be open tomorrow (Monday 10/14/24) for normal hours. If your pets need care or medications we are here. Take care everyone and if you wouldn't mind, share this post so those with a pet in need of care might see it.

We are very fortunate to have power and we are open and able to provide care today. We do not have phone or internet at this time but hope to have that restored by the end of the day. This means that right now we are not receiving any calls, emails, or text messages. Those with pets in need of medical attention, medications, or otherwise are welcome to come in as able and we will do our best to provide care. We hope you are all well. Take care and be safe.

In preparation for Hurricane Milton we will be closed Wednesday and Thursday this week. We hope to return Friday, pending damage from the storm and power to our facility. We wish everyone the best and safe travels to those on the road!
