I'm planning to slowly start taking a few dogs for grooming as manageable. I have a few clients that were on the waiting list while I have been off so I'll be contacting them as I go.

Hello everyone, quick update since I've been receiving so many calls and messages from both past clients and new ones I am still not back in business from surgery but I will start physical therapy July 10th and they will tell me when I can expect to be weight bearing again. I hope to see everyone before the holidays.

The follow-up for my foot was not the news I was hoping for I am still in my boot for 3-4 more weeks due to a new break in my foot and new tendon damage that I'll be doing Physical Therapy for, however I am hoping I can do some nail trims and some grooms for well behaved dogs/small dogs that I don't have to fight with and weigh less than 35lbs. Would be looking at the last week of July most likely for Monday.

Just checking in with everyone who has contacted about scheduling nail trims, baths or grooms. I'm sorry that I had to cancel a handful of client appointments due to my injury but I have my follow up on Monday, July 10th. Hopefully all is good news and I'll be able to start scheduling appointments again.

Unfortunately I still have no way of making large breed baths and grooms work at this time, but am going to start accepting a few small breed dogs for appointments. I will not be able to take on any puppies under the age of a year at this time for grooms but can do their baths, comment if you would like on the list. Only able to get a handful of clients in so get on the list quick. Must be able to come on a weekend only.

Hopefully booking this out into March will keep the weather at bay and it'll be nice outside. It's my birthday weekend and I'm hoping to see plenty of dogs who are needing their nails trimmed. This event will be set up right outside the store, and please remember all pets must be leashed or under control at all times. Come on out and get your dogs nails done and shop for new spring decor!

Nails will be $10, exact cash only!

I am absolutely devastated at this time as I was hoping I would have figured something out for a setup by now but that unfortunately is not the case. The situation is I live in a tiny home, and I am not looking to bathe dogs in my bathtub again, and my other two options are to set up a grooming area in my barn which requires hooking up a hot water source, and then closing in, insulating, and heating entire room and right now the money just isn't there.

Realistically we plan to build a new home in a few years and then build an entire salon for me then but I am going to keep trying to figure out something but I have no good options at this time.

UPDATE!!! Things have changed and I no longer have any open days we will be listing our old home for sale soon.

Stay tuned, there will be one more day of grooms before I'm gone, drop offs will be scheduled as usaul between 8-8:30am and there will be no time estimate for pickup. Comment on this post to be added go the list and I'll let everyone know what day will be offered.
