Here is the link to Senate Bill 3746, Moose's Law, introduced and sponsored by Senator Troy Singleton, I've been making reference to in my previous post. Thinking this already passed, misunderstanding current law, I misspoke in that post and corrected it. : )

Link to Moose's Law is a very quick, concise read to legislation greatly needed!

Beyond PURRsonal Space PURRoud our Founding Executive Board Member Brian Hackett, Director of Government and Community Relations at Associated Humane Societies, was at the Senate Committee Hearing (in his professional capacity) today supporting this legislation!

Will continue PURRing LOUDLY my respect, admiration and appreciation for devoted individuals who use their ability to make positive and progressive change for the betterment in the lives of animals, humans and community!!!

Thank you, Gentlemen!!!

“Moose’s Law”; prohibits persons convicted of criminal animal cruelty offenses from owning domestic companion animals and from working or volunteering at animal-related enterprises; establishes presumption against pretrial intervention for certain persons.

‼️‼️ EDITING FOR ACCURACY ‼️‼️
After speaking with the prosecutor's office, and, today, Brian R. Hackett, Director of Government and Community Relations at Associated Humane Societies, while literally on his way to Trenton to testify in support of Moose's Law, Senate Bill 3746, Sponsored by Senator Troy Singleton, and, being an advocate for Moose's Law myself, I am correcting information originally posted below that's between the ❌❌❌.

While it's important I have a clear understanding and imperative I provide accurate information, I didn't want to have to edit this! But even more the reason the public needs to know.

Despite a conviction 'WITH INCARCERATION' animal abusers are NOT prohibited for life to "adopt, foster, care for, own, be in possession of… NEVER NOTHING ANIMALS again!!!"

Hence, the greater need for Senate Bill S3746, to which Brian Hackett commented, "Legislation like Moose’s Law will help better administer our state’s animal cruelty laws, so that offenses against animals are taken seriously."

NOTE: LYNN MANGANO, LYNN's ANIMAL RESCUE stands trial today for charges, three (3) counts of ANIMAL ABUSE!

She had a pet sitting site on line that was taken down, then it was added disguised as a housecleaning service.

Use your discretion very carefully if you'd hire any individual, let alone a Founder/President of an animal rescue involved in the worst animal abuse case, referred to as the House of Horrors, to care for your beloved pets and have access to your home and personal belongings, who stole money from adopters!

REBECCA HALBACH, Cat / Dog Foster, Dog Adoption Manager, Board Member, LYNN's ANIMAL RESCUE & husband BRANDON LECONEY are scheduled for sentencing on Jan 3, 2005.

YOUR VOICE MATTERS... MAKE SURE MURDERERS AS THESE THREE, AMONG OTHERS, AND ANY ANIMAL ABUSER, NEVER HAS ACCESS TO ANIMALS, EVER, FOR LIFE!!!

Original post:

GUILTY PLEAS by both HALBACH & LECONEY of LYNN’s ANIMAL RESCUE… never to adopt, foster, care for, own, be in possession of… NEVER NOTHING ANIMALS again!!!

Excellent job by Prosecutor Eric Cornog, Burlington County Prosecutor's Office!

Sentencing is January 3rd, 2025…
Any victims ‘previously contacted’ by letter are highly encouraged to come forward and respond to the Victim Witness Advocacy Unit. You can do so electronically in lieu of an appearance in person.

SEE SOMETHING… SAY SOMETHING, DO SOMETHING!!!

Laws must be changed to protect animals… judges and prosecutors are bound by current legislation. You want change, you have to make it happen… respectively, collaboratively, starting immediately!

News coverage is needed in the courtroom and outside the courthouse!!!

Adopt these gentle, funny, smart, affectionate, playful, delightfully sweet and beautiful homeless lovies at PURRsonal Space ROCKS, Inc. - South Jersey's Cat Lounge & Adoptions ❣️🐈‍⬛🐈💜

They've been waiting far too long to find loving homes 😿

Everyone who met them at The Lounge LOVED them 😻‼️

They enjoy children who treat them with respect and some we 'believe' may do well dogs.

Although PURRsonal Space remains very active providing assistance to families and cats in the community, our focus is the most vulnerable populations in shelters.

We have four shelter partners awaiting our help, but until the cats we have in foster are adopted, sadly, we cannot go to any of them to save more cats and free up cages!

Please comment with any questions. If you're not interested in adopting, kindly help us find these beautiful cats homes ny sharing 🙏

If you'd like to support our life-saving work, we have wishlists at https://www.PURRsonalSpace.org ; at Garden State Pet Center they now deliver!!! (856) 617-6871 or www.exoticpetsnj.com; a donation directly to Haddon Vet would help tremendously with our large balance! Michael Anthony, VMD, is our fab vet (856) 546-7387; or for $1.25, a roll of paper towels, paper plates, can of turkey or chicken in water at the Dollar Tree.

We seriously mean it when we say no donation is too small and all are immensely aPURRciated❣️😺 Donations are tax-deductible and 💯% directly supports the cats! Thank you‼️

SHARING... Our friends at Catsbury Park have a cat that's been with them a long time. We're having the same difficulty trying to find loving homes for the cats we save, and are wondering when will their person come for them???

But with Steff, it's a little more challenging and we'd love to help! It says they feel he'd do best as the only cat... is there anyone out there to make this boy's holiday a happy one in a home?

STEFF !

Steff is one of the remaining cats we have from the hoarding situation we took on last year (Remember, 30+ cats?!). He is a member of the 365 club (he been with us 470 days as of today). He’s watched the rest of the cats he came in with find their homes, but he’s still waiting for his.

Steff is estimated to be around 5 years young. He is a big boy with a lot to say! He loves lounging in bed, playing with springs, and TREATS!!! Steff came to us with bad teeth — just like the other hoarder kitties. Luckily our friends at Oakhurst Veterinary Hospital performed his dental and got all of those nasty bad teeth out of his mouth so that he would be able to eat and live without that pain. Don’t worry - he has NO problem eating, and we are SO thankful for the skilled team of doctors and staff at OVH for making a pain free life possible for him.

While Steff has experienced a few bromances while being with us, we ultimately think that he would do best as an only cat, OR in a home that is spacious enough to allow Steff and other residents to have their own space away from the others if need be, but ideally — we think an only cat home would be the best for him. He will also need his teeth checked annually, and may need further dental cleanings and exams in the future — so his adopter will need to be someone that understands that this boy will most likely need some future dental care.

We would love to find this guy a home for the holidays, so we’re asking you to share his story because you’re AMAZING at it. Thanks to your shares and spreading the word of the cats who have been here the longest, Catsbury Park has been able to connect the cats with their perfect person — so we’re hoping you folks can work your magic again. LET’S FIND STEFF HIS HOME!!!

Awww, who can help 15 yr old Shady, a blind senior cat at Pennsylvania SPCA, who they say is so very loving? Please someone give her a home! PSPCA is one of our shelter partners and it breaks our hearts we can't run right over to help them save her and scoop this sweetie Shady right up... hopefully there's a happy update soon.

*Update: ADOPTED!*

Shady is 15 years old and living in the shelter.

She is blind and dealing with some senior woes, but she still has so much love to give. Her world may be a little darker, but her heart is brighter than ever.

Shady absolutely adores people. Even though she cannot see them, she is so trusting and loves to be pet. She truly is a reminder of how beautiful life can be, even when it's not perfect.

No senior deserves to live their golden years in the shelter, especially Shady. She deserves to live out her days in comfort, love, and peace.

Could you be the one to give her that?

Adorable🐈‍⬛‼️Also, science shows cats are extremely beneficial to our mental and physical health. Petting cats and their PURRs have preventive and healing propensities for bone and soft tissue injuries, hypertension, disease, mental health conditions, the need for medications, allergies in children, and more.

Individuals with PTSD, special needs, addiction, as well as senior citizens benefitted tremendously from the therapeutic aspects of enjoying time with cats at PPURRsonal Space ROCKS, Inc. - South Jersey's Cat Lounge & Adoptions️

We still have cats in foster desperately waiting a few years to find homes after helping our shelter partners and/or we intervened to save cats when families passed away.

Each is delightfully sweet, cuddly, affectionate, playful, smart, funny, silly, beautiful and show their appreciation and love 🐈🐈‍⬛💕

There's both male and female ranging from 3.5 to 14... Solid Black Panther Siblings, Acorn & Pecan; Brown Tabby, Mummy; long-haired Main C**n Mix, Spencer Stripes; medium length hair Russian Blue 'appearance' Senior Lady Paris.

All are neutered, microchipped, have titers, vaccinated, FeLV/FIV negative, except Spencer's FIV +, treated for fleas, parasites, including tapeworm.

Our lovies receive annual wellness visits (biannual for seniors) preventive care, bloodwork, dental cleanings, ECG and preop labs to be cleared for anesthesia, all with our private vet; and we feed quality species-appropriate nutrition.

Our cats for adoption have been loved and nurtured as our very own so we're extremely familiar with them to answer any questions you have, help determine the best match for both you, your home, and the cats for a successful, happy adoption.

All vet visits are up to date and we provide everything about them to start your lives off together happy and stress-free 💜 We're also here for any support needed after adoption. Please visit our page, share our sweethearts and help us find their special PURRson / Family 😻🙏. Thanks! And enjoy this adorbs video : )

Give the Gift of Life... for just 59 cents! Are you able to feed a homeless cat a can of food at PURRsonal Space?

Closing temporarily due to COVID-19 has severely impacted our resources to save homeless cats, provide food, enrichment, veterinary care and a safe home free of cages. Shelters, families, cats in crisis need us most now. It's very difficult to ask, but we really need support during this time.

Kindly visit our Amazon Wish List If you're able to contribute an item, we'd be so grateful; NO DONATION IS TOO SMALL! It can be shipped directly to us. And some of the items are available at the Dollar Store. Other than their food and litter, the brand does not matter.

We do accept food/litter/treats our lovies cannot use and PAW the love forward to others in need. All items must be within the expiration dates and unopened.

Thanks for helping make a difference for innocent animals depending upon us.
