I just wanted to post this really thoughtful and kind note from a client I recently helped. I don't think we have ever heard from a client they made the decision too far in advance ... It's sadly the other way around😔

I offer quality of life assessments whether they're virtual or in person they can often be really helpful just to have another set of eyes that have been in your shoes give you a fair and honest opinion🩷

I appreciated Dr. Winnick’s advice on this difficult and emotional issue. She was the weight that broke my indecision. Doing the best for "H" is the only way to go.

I appreciated and was moved how Dr. Winnick performed the euthanasia on my boy. After the first shot, I cried inside to see how relaxed H looked. I realized I waited too long. He suffered more than he had to.
It comforted me to see Dr. Winnick put a pillow beneath H's head then wrap him in a blanket on the stretcher.

When Dr. Winnick returned my boy home. I cried inside to see H's paw print in clay. I thought I was prepared to welcome my boy home.

You guys are the best in this difficult situation.

I hope H is playing with our previous pets. I can’t wait to join them.
