If there is one thing worth trying for a senior pet, it is adding more moisture to their meals. ๐พ
Older pets, especially cats, are prone to mild chronic dehydration without anyone realizing it. The kidneys start working harder with age and dry food alone does not always provide enough hydration to support them well.
Adding warm low-sodium broth to their meals, mixing in a little wet food, or offering a small water fountain to encourage drinking are small shifts that can genuinely support kidney health, digestion, and energy over time.
Not a cure. Not a protocol. Just a simple, easy thing you can do starting today. ๐ฟ
