It’s a Christmas Eve tradition at TLC to honor those beloved pets we’ve lost in the previous year. Our thoughts are with their families, and we wish peace and good memories for each family who is missing a dear friend this year. ❤️
The TLC tree is hard to miss! Look for Santa Claws and Merry Mutt in the little park at the bottom of the hill by the car wash. Meowy Christmas and Happy Howlidays!
It’s tick season again! Are you ready? We are! Watch how easy it is to protect your furry friend from ticks and fleas for three whole months! Call 509-592-8073 for more info!
5 Little Autumn Kittens
The kitten fairy visited TLC tonight! Thank you to our good samaritan who brought them in out of the cold so they could get some help! These little babies are in need of some good food and some medical attention, but they should be all fixed up and ready for adoption in a few weeks! Stay tuned for cute kitten updates!
We will be closed next week September 4-8 for the Palouse Empire Fair, where our littlest techs will be showing these frisky piggies! Technician Pru's little mini me will also be showing some cute goats! If you need meds or pet food/supplies, we will be running back and forth from Palouse to Colfax all week. Leave a message at 509-592-8073 and we will do our best to take care of you! Come see us all at the fair! 🐷🐰🐐
It must be "gross out the doctor week!" It was ticks yesterday, and ear mites today! Check out this creepy little guy having a party in a kitty ear. This is an ear mite, a terribly itchy little parasite that makes cats miserable. If your kitty has itchy ears one of these little creepies could be lurking in those ear canals. Give us a call and we will be happy to help you get rid of these unwanted guests!
Our latest beautiful mama, "Midnight," is going to need loving homes for her gorgeous litter of 5 sweet little things in about 8 weeks! Get your name on the list now! All kittens will be spayed/neutered and have first vaccines and dewormer on board. No adoption fee but donations are always appreciated! Mama already has a great home lined up! ❤️😻❤️
If anyone has been wondering how the little terrified feral kittens are doing, here they are after a little over a week of intensive "kids, go play with those kittens" therapy.
I just know you're all dying to see the kittens that came in with the starving little mama cat...here they are, finally purring, full, and relaxed! ❤️
Meet "Little Mama," a tiny starving feral trying to support two growing kittens as best she could on her own. Turns out Little Mama really doesn't want to be feral, and will be looking for a home in about 2-3 weeks once she's spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and gains a few pounds! For now we are working hard on socializing the terrified kittens, and successfully earning back LM's trust for humans with love and patience. Thanks much to the kind soul who took pity on this poor struggling cat family and helped provide care for them!
Well hello, little fella! Enjoy living in that kitty's ear canal with hundreds of your friends? I bet the kitty doesn't enjoy you very much. This is an ear mite, a nasty little parasite that is often found in very itchy cat ears. You can imagine how uncomfortable an infestation of these little guys can be! Signs include scratching at or flicking of the ears, head shaking, and thick crusty brown buildup in the ear. If you see these signs, your cat would appreciate a trip to the vet for diagnoses, treatment and sweet relief!
Meet "Greystripe," the lonely kitten. He's only 5 weeks old now, but he will need a forever home in a just a few weeks! He will be neutered and have his first vaccines and dewormer!
Wishing you a joyful Christmas Season!
