Meet our team members - Veterinary Receptionist Shout Out! Judy has been a staple here at Dr. Norm’s since the day we opened! 10 years later and she is still found with a smile and love for all the little dogs and cats that greet us daily. Today is her birthday and we want her to feel all the “dachshund” love she can!!

As some of you may have heard the microchip company Save This Life has suddenly closed. This means that any microchip registered with this company will not show up as registered and there will be no way to get the owner information.

We want to ensure that if you have received a microchip in our hospital your microchip is registered and still working! We use the companies Homeagain and AKC.

We do want to provide options though for those clients whose pet may have come to us already microchipped through Save This Life. If your pet's microchip starts with 991 or 900164 then it may be a Save This Life microchip. The microchip can be enrolled with AKC Microchip Company for a fee at www.akcreunite.org/enroll . Through February 15th they are offering $5 off the registration fee with code Reunite5.
