Just wanted to give all my customers a heads up that there is an event happening here on the square tomorrow. Everyone is welcome to come and participate!!! Our store will be apart of the event so come see us and check out the rest of the shops the Paoli square has to offer!!

So , apparently, I posted our new imports from Pleconomics LLP to my personal page instead of Purple Moon, so here is current and new fish from our Indonesia import . I’ll also post a couple of pictures.

Electric Blue Balloon Rams, these guys look like blue flames, they came in absolutely stunning!

Firecracker Swordtails, we originally got 50 in and we’re down to maybe 5

Halloween Vampire Crab
Red Devil Vampire Crab
White Glove Vampire Crab

Umbrella Cichlids, closer to an Apistogramma these guys will look amazing after they color up!

Checker Barb
Royal Whiptail Catfish, these guys will have streamers coming off their back fins, which looks cool!

Asian Rummynose Rasbora
Honey Gourami (Large)
Drape Fin Barb, these guys have a cool long dorsal fin.

Paski Rainbow, these guys are considered as a nano and are already full of color and crazy fins!

Kubotai Rasbora, they’re small but mighty! They look like little swimming neon highlighters!

Pineapple Swordtails

Red Lizard Whiptail Catfish, the males get crazy red while the females remain a brownish color.

Emeral Rasbora, great nano fish for a small, planted tank, the perfect schooling fish!

Platinum Lyretail Sailfin Balloon Molly, the colors and fins are amazing on these guys!

Mini Mexican Orange Crayfish, we have a very limited number available.

Gertrude Rainbow, these guys have glowing blue eyes and have great looking fins!

Golden Roseline Shark (Denison Barb) We only have 2 of these guys left and they’re starting to color up!

This weeks Species Spotlight by Pleconomics LLP is for the Vampire Crab, we currently have Halloween, Red Devil, and White Glove Vampire crabs in stock. They're crazy looking with the colors and patterns they have. Come check them out this weekend!

Just a friendly reminder that we will be closed tomorrow Wednesday the 12th and Thursday the 13th for our new tank system build. The shop will have tanks and lumber everywhere so we are not allowing anyone in for those 2 days no matter what. The systems will not be completed in those days but the majority of the mess will be done and cleaned before we reopen Friday the 14th. We hope to see you all this weekend!!

Tomorrow Thursday 11/6 we will be closed, I will be at the store, but I will have too much stuff scattered to allow anyone inside for fish. We will also be closed on Wednesday 11/12 & Thursday 11/13 for our new tank system build, those days I also will not be allowing people inside the store for any reason. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we will be open at normal hours, but things still may be in disarray as we finish setting things up. We appreciate your understanding as this is necessary to continue to provide our customers with even more fish options. We’re excited about the new direction things seem to be going.

BIG things are coming! I would love to say this is my last hurray on things being in disarray, but who am I kidding!? I like to change and progress too much to stand stagnant. But… we have just acquired a functioning system that may not match what we have but can and will hold lots and lots more fish! In fact, these systems will fill our remaining space, and we have already outgrown our new building. So best thing I can do is pack it to the gills! This will roughly be a 3 to 4 weeks project, so I may have some random closures in these upcoming weeks. I will post in advance, and these closures will not be spontaneous. Tomorrow we are getting in a fish order, also our Indonesia fish order will be out of quarantine, so both will be available for purchase Wednesday 11/5 when we open. I will try and post some pictures along with our first closure update.

Thanks again for ALL the continued love and support, we hope to keep providing our community with new and exciting fish and aquascaping needs! We can’t wait to show you what’s coming next!

Anyone interested in a couple white female parakeets? If interested we can also get a large cage for a permanent home.

We will be closing at 5pm today so I can spend some time with my kiddos and take them trick or treating. Hope everyone has a spooktastic Halloween!!

Today is like Christmas morning! I love getting in a big ol pallet of driftwood, or am I more like a dog thats excited to get some sticks... either way we got in a ton of awesome pieces! The photos do not do them justice. It's hard to see the depth and size they are.

We're also working on finishing up our aquascaping table. We got in new rocks, pebbles, pea gravel, and sand for all your aquascaping needs! So come check us out! We're open today from 12-6pm, Saturday 12-6pm, and Sunday 12-5pm. If we don't see ya we hope tou have an awesome weekend!

This week's Pleconomics Species Spotlight are these cute little Gertrude Rainbowfish also known as Spotted Blue-eye Rainbowfish (Pictures do not do them blue eyes justice!). These guys stay smaller and are considered as a nano rainbowfish. They do get a bit bigger than most fish classified as nano, but for a rainbowfish they definitely stay much smaller. Come check these guys out! We currently have them in stock at the shop. We have a large group of them and they look amazing even though they're still juveniles. Open today until 5pm!

I usually try to announce closures early, but when I do people tend to not remember. So, if you need fish come see us tomorrow as we will be taking a business trip to Chicago for a few days.
