We raise and train quality AKC Bloodhounds. We take pride in our 22 years bloodline with proven trac Our love for Bloodhounds began with our beloved Daisy Mae.

She was a present from Patty (Normand's wife). Normand took time off work to take intensive training courses and became a behaviorist, tracker and trainer. Daisy Mae and Normand became the best tracking team in Indiana. People kept asking Normand to share the awesomeness so he decided to find the best mate possible for Daisy Mae. Sammy and Rex joined the pack and that is how the journey began. Ye

ars later, Normand was contacted by Joyce Phares from Trail’s End Man Trailing Bloodhounds to start what is today Houndsarunning. Joyce has over 45 years of experience in tracking/man-trailing, breeding and training bloodhounds. Between both partners, Houndsarunning has over 70 years of experience working with bloodhounds!

Buford is home! Yay! 😃 He is fine just tired of his adventure.
