We tried a stay-cation over the holidays. Got lots of walks and some play dates with my brother Cooper and his friend Roxy! I don't think dad can do stay-cations...always projects and demands...but life is life! 🐾

This is the nightly occurrence in our house...dad comes to bed and I have to put my feet on him...EVERY NIGHT! Need to rest up...our school visits start back up next week! Stay warm this weekend! 🐾

We love our training days with BPD Pawfficer Mo and TK9 Matt with Iowa State Patrol! Huge thanks to Eppley Airfield - OMA for allowing us to do some distraction training! It's important for us to only follow the commands given by our handlers when we are deployed. We are very friendly and love the attention, but when we're working, we have a job to do and it's important we obey our handlers. Not only was the training good, but LOVED seeing all of the smiles when people came near!

A visit to Springfield Elementary; then tried to root the boys from Plattview to victory for their homecoming - fell a bit short, but congrats to Gretna East on their win! Students from both schools staked a claim that I'm THEIR dog!😁 Then made a stop at our Sarpy County 911to check in on our dispatchers! Whew! I love it though! Sarpy County Sheriff's Office

Epic day of training w/my buddies K9 Matt & his handler Agent Kotrous w/ and K9 BPD Pawfficer Mo & his handler Ofcr Meyer w/Bellevue (Nebraska) Police Department HUGE thanks to Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium for letting us come and train! We do distraction training so we can stay on task when we’re needed to help those who have gone thru a crisis or traumatic event. Here's a snapshot of what we did last week! We had National Night Out with Papillion Police Department La Vista Police Department Sarpy County Sheriff's Office - big fun! Then dropped off cookies to our vet Dr Olson at Twin Creek & also to Urgent Pet Care! We stopped by Chik Fil A in Bellevue with Bellevue (Nebraska) Police Department and their SRO's! We swung by Werner Park to see our friends with Omaha Storm Chasers and made some new friends there! And lastly, we stopped by our 911 center - and yes...we will make sure ALL shifts are visited!!! Soon, it will be time to start visiting the schools again! Stay safe and enjoy your Monday!🐾
