I was able to spend some time last weekend in Tuscon, AZ riding horses through the desert & team penning!
Of course we also did some Continuing Education with some of our country's BRIGHTEST large animal veterinarians 🌵🤠🐴✨️💜

So fun to get to ride again, rest up AND be excited to get home to work 💪🐴

It got kicked, bit, flung across barn aisles & saved me a few times. I'm thankful for my time with it- but she was getting stinky & stretched thin💜

we're BACK!

We were MIA for a month while we worked at the State Fair of Texas taking care of all of our buddy Big Tex's animals 🐽🐏🐄🐂🫏🐴🐣🦃🐫🦙🦓🐐🐑
Did you know that working as the official Veterinarian for the State Fair of TX is a job Dr. Dobecka has done for a decade now?! It's probably my best kept secret 🫣

We have spent the last week catching up on texts/emails/messages that we missed while trying to keep up with everything & get our regular patients caught up with. Please be patient with us while we continue get back into our usual routine 💜🙏🏾

One of our favorite patients, Catniss 🖤🐴 She was diagnosed with Neurogenic Hyperhydrosis on her right neck at the beginning of the year. It caused a really ugly discoloration to her beautiful black coat! Acupuncture & Chiropractic were her friends to improve mobility....but the @pulsevet_shockwave was the final trick to get her beautiful black coat restored! We decided to do some Shockwave after collaborative with her regular DVM and Veterinary Surgeon & after 3 treatments the spot with the discolored hair was looking so much better! Spalding Fly Predators is what I use! let's be real- no product is gonna completely eliminate flies in Texas, but this is what I have found thay consistently helps most effectively & efficiently for price.
