*UPDATE*
We have made contact with the gentleman, and all is well. Thank you to everyone for helping to identify him. We prefer to let him keep that basket and we will replace ours soon. Our main goal in posting this was to let people know that a) the premises of The Pet Tub are secure and monitored and b) we will identify anyone who shows disrespect to our happy little fur baby home. We don't sit and watch video 24/7, but we have a way to pinpoint malicious activity and we always go back through that footage. Thanks again for supporting us! We love our customers! ♥️

If anyone knows this gentleman, please message us with his name and contact information. It's not about the basket, but rather the disrespect. We would have gladly given him this little storage basket had we known he needed it so badly. Click link to see full video.

😤 ATTENTION: Please remember if you open the side sliding door while using The Pet Tub, CLOSE and LOCK it when you're finished. We are having trouble with customers leaving it open. We pay to keep the air running so it's nice and cool for your babies. If it continues to be an issue, we will have to permanently seal and lock it so it cannot be opened anymore. Remember, we do have surveillance cameras...be respectful. 🧐🫶🏼Thank you all and we appreciate you!

Since the app is still down, we are offering those with a monthly membership to come to The Pet Tub, pay for one wash at the machine using a debit or credit card, get your fur babies bathed, then text us the following information to get fully refunded for that wash:
