Starting ASAP, I will be booking my pups a little differently. I will be using an online booking app instead of the ol pen and paper! This new app will allow me to separate my work life from my personal life and will eliminate lost communication and miscommunication!! It will also eliminate no shows and allow you to receive appointment reminders as well as access your appointment online! It will allow 2 way communication which will allow me to centralize all of my incoming and outgoing messages instead of having them spread out on multiple platforms. Your records will be easily accessible which will help things to move more smoothly.

ATTN: Bree's Clients

Hello everyone!!! I have officially gotten my planner for 2024! I'm trying to be proactive within these next couple of months before I take a few weeks off when my son decides to enter this world!! With that being said, I have 2 important questions/statements for my clients!!

First off, if you are currently a calendar client of mine or are not currently but would like your pup booked up through the year of 2024 let me know please comment on this original post or message me so I can get those to you before I go on leave!

Second, I know that I currently have people booked right up until my due date. On the off chance I go into labor before those appointments can be fulfilled by me, I want to make sure I've got all of you taken care of. My question to all of my clients is, when I go on leave, would you like for someone else in the shop to groom your pup while I'm gone or would you prefer to wait until I get back for me to get your pup in?
If you would prefer to get in with another groomer, do you have a preferred groomer?

⚠️Attention clients⚠️
As most of you know, I'm pregnant and due in December of 2023. This pregnancy has been harder on me than my last, so I've not been able to work at the same pace I've previously been working. As a result, I've been staying booked out 5-6 weeks right now. So with that said, my future schedule is already filling up very quickly and at a certain point I won't be able to guarantee an any availabilities especially around the holidays. I will be working as long as I physically can! So if you would like to guarantee a spot on my books before I go on maternity leave, the best way is to book your appointment(s) now! If you want to just book one appointment or even all your appointments for the rest of the year just send me a message on what you would prefer! I just ask that you bear with me towards the end of my pregnancy because I don't know what the future holds. So if I end up not being able to groom your pups towards the end of the year, I can always talk with the other groomers in the shop and get you scheduled for the same date on their books or if you'd rather wait til I come back, we can do that too!
