One of the benefits of neutering pets
Reduced risk of cancer: Neutering can significantly reduce the risk of testicular cancer in male dogs, and the risk of prostate disease and perianal tumors.

The photos above are showing a surgical procedure that was performed at The Farview yesterday, the dog was never neutered and he had an un-descended testicle, that testicles had turned to cancer.
The dog recovered very well.
Please spay and neuter your pets

Before and after surgical excision of an aggressive mass behind the ear of a 80 lbs American bulldog. The incision is closed using an intradermal stitching pattern، this pattern hides the stitches and heals faster and prevent the dog of removing the stitches by biting.

Before and after hard palate melanoma mass removal surgery on a 12 years old lab
Melanomas are the most common oral tumor in dogs and are very aggressive in that they have the highest potential to metastasize (spread).
This mass was surgically removed at the Farview Animal Clinic using a an electro cautery technique to cut, coagulate (bleeding control) and to cauterize a possible remnant cancer cells.
The mass was sent to the lab and the recovery was uneventful, the dog was sent home same day on Antibiotics and strong analgesic medication.
