🐾 Meet Our Brave Little Fighter Bella! 🐾

Today, we want to share the story of a sweet 5-year-old Chihuahua who came to us with an extremely large inguinal hernia. After careful examination and X-rays, we confirmed that part of the intestine had herniated into that area, causing a visible bulge.

Our dedicated team quickly decided on surgery to carefully reduce the hernia, gently pushing the intestine back into the abdomen and placing a drain to help with recovery.

We’re happy to report that our little patient is recovering well and is on the road to a full recovery. Thank you to everyone who supports our clinic and trusts us with their beloved pets! 🐶❤️

🐾 Successful Surgery Alert! 🐾

We recently had the pleasure of helping a sweet pup who was struggling with urinary stones and blockages. Our team performed a careful surgery to remove these stones and help restore his comfort.

🔍 What We Did:
1. Under anesthesia, we carefully inserted a urinary catheter to move the stones from the urethra back into the bladder.
2. We then performed a cystotomy, gently opening the abdomen to remove the stones from the bladder.

This sweet 11-year-old pup came to us with a fast-growing mass on his back leg. Our team successfully removed the mass and performed a skin graft to help close the surgical site. We also left a small opening to allow the wound to heal safely. We’re happy to share that his recovery went very smoothly, and he was able to go home the same day with a cozy bandage. 💙🐾

One of the benefits of neutering pets
Reduced risk of cancer: Neutering can significantly reduce the risk of testicular cancer in male dogs, and the risk of prostate disease and perianal tumors.

The photos above are showing a surgical procedure that was performed at The Farview yesterday, the dog was never neutered and he had an un-descended testicle, that testicles had turned to cancer.
The dog recovered very well.
