Gallant valentine alert - meet Homer! 💘 Homer is a 2-year-old handsome young gentlecat who loves attention and pets! He very much enjoys chatting and making biscuits while holding a conversation. He is very interested in the world around him and often concentrates hard on all passersby. He has done well with other cats after an introductory period and could do well with a calmer dog. He tolerates when the PAWS staff giving him hugs and is okay with dressing up if there are treats involved after. Homer is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines and preventatives! Timon and Pumbaa are still waiting for their forever home and have for 5 weeks. Timon and Pumbaa are a bonded pair who at 8 years old have been together through it all. We suspect they are litter mates (the boys were transferred from another shelter, so we don’t know their exact story, unfortunately) and they do vocally protest if they are separated from each other. We agree, they must stay together! These gorgeous guys can easily get along with other cats and seem to be unbothered by dogs who do not want to be up in their faces. They live a true “Hakuna Matata” life style of no worries! Pumbaa (tabby/white) the chatty and bossy brother is always screaming for attention. He doesn’t mind to be held and definitely doesn’t mind some treats! Timon (grey tabby) is a bit more subdued and goes with Pumbaa’s flow, but still wants your attention and will chat with you, too! If you have room in your home and your heart for two sweet and chunky older brothers, please consider Timon and Pumbaa! The PAWS staff have grown to love these two so much, we will send them to their forever home with their Timon and Pumbaa toys. Both boys are neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines and preventatives. You can meet the boys at the Hamburg PetSmart until 7:30 PM!

🐾 Puppy Update: Naomi's Little Love Bugs Are Growing Up! 🐾

Time flies when you're raising six adorable puppies! It's hard to believe that Naomi's precious little ones are already getting ready to find their forever homes. Each pup has been developing their own unique personality, and we wanted to share their progress with all of you who've been following their journey.

All six puppies are thriving and hitting their developmental milestones right on schedule. They've mastered the art of walking (with occasional adorable tumbles), and their playful personalities are shining through more each day. Their eyes are bright, their tails are constantly wagging, and their appetites are as healthy as ever!

In the coming weeks, we'll be starting the process of matching these precious pups with their forever homes. We're looking for families who can provide:
- Lots of love and attention
- Secure, puppy-proofed environments
- Commitment to continued training

Do you remember our c-section puppies from a couple weeks ago? They are now 4 weeks old and one of two large litters of puppies we currently have in care! These 7, plus Naomi’s 6, and several single puppies are eating so much food. Momma Delilah and Naomi also require extra calories to help them feed these little cute monsters. 👹 We know times are tough and we can’t thank everyone enough for their support. If you can donate to help provide food for these babies (they are eating multiple cans a day per litter, plus moms), they’d greatly appreciate it! Any brand is greatly appreciated!
