🎉 Eggo is turning ONE tomorrow and has been with us since June 27th! In celebration of his birthday, in hopes to get him adopted, WE HAVE LOWERED ADOPTION FEES! 🎉

💥 Most adult dogs are sponsored or under $25 plus tax
‼️ Kittens typically do better in pairs to have someone to play with! Select kittens are adopt one, adopt a second for just 50%!

We are FULL, FULL, FULL on dogs and puppies. We currently have over 51 dogs and puppies in care and NEED to make room!

Looking for a sweet pup to add to the family? Meet Aruba, Argentina, Algeria, and Australia!

These adorable 5-month-old 25-30 pound Shepherd/Hound mixes are ready for adventure! They came to us pretty shut down, but are coming out of their shells and can’t wait to travel to their new homes. 3 boys and one girl (third photo).

HELP US FIND HOMES! 🚨 ‼️

All of these precious babies have been here for at least a month, but Eggo and Rocco nearly 3. A brief adoption for two, but they came back due to other reasons.

In order:
Muttstard (15 days in July, adopted for a month, has been here again for 12 days): 1 year, 70lbs, male. Came to us as a stray, adopted and returned as he was barking in the apartment. Great with other energetic pups, but may be too much for little kids or cats.
Eggo (83 days): 1 year, 50lbs. Came to us as a terrified stray and now is the sweetest. He has a cute half tail! Loves other dogs and would do great in a home with a confident pup.
Mary Puppins (with us for 2 months, adopted in June, returned 15 days ago): 2Y, Husky mix, female, 60lbs. Has done well with other doggos and is the best girl!
Cinnamutt (47 days): 1 year, male, Anatolian cross. Needs some encouragement on a leash and new places (shuts down and lays down), but is blossoming into a happy-go-lucky pup.
Chaplin (50 days): 10Y+, Pittie, male, 45lb. Once emaciated and weak, he gets around better now with some medication and would LOVE a comfy couch. Would likely do well in any home setting.
Q-Tip (45 days): 2 years old, Pittie, female 60lbs. In foster and has gotten along well with the resident dogs and cats! Loves to snuggle!
Rocco (68 days): 4Y, male, Pittie mix, 75lbs. Big, goofy, and always happy boy! Can’t get enough attention. Has done well with other dogs.
Billie Howlish (47 days): 1 year, 60lb, female, Anatolian mix. Sweet girl who loves toys and attention!

💥 All are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on vaccines and preventatives. We are taking dogs in every day and filling up 2-3 kennels for every dog we get adopted. We also have several older puppies (5 months, large breed mix) that will be available soon! 💥

Billie is a 1-year-old Anatolian cross who is just the sweetest, most gentle girl. She came in with her brother (Cinnamutt) in July with no interest so far. She’s done well with other dogs and absolutely LOVES toys. She is often carrying or shredding one as soon as she can! Billie is around 60 pounds.

🖤 Shy at first, sweet at heart—Maisey is ready for her second chance. ✨

Maisey is a gorgeous 5-year-old grey tabby who has sadly found herself back with us after 5 years in a home—through no fault of her own 💔. Understandably, she is feeling very shy and scared right now, especially when meeting new people. But beneath her timidness is a truly sweet and gentle soul just waiting for someone patient enough to help her feel safe again. Once she’s comfortable, Maisey’s loving nature shines through, and you’ll see what a special companion she truly is.

Maisey has done well coexisting with the other cats who quietly share our everyday adoption center, though she would definitely need very slow and thoughtful introductions to any new furry friends. Because of her shy personality, we recommend a calm home with older children who can respect her boundaries and give her the gentle space she needs to adjust.

One precious thing about Maisey—she has a black cat stuffy 🖤🐾 that has been her source of comfort during this big transition. It will of course go home with her when she finds her forever family, because every cat deserves their favorite cuddle buddy.

Maisey is already spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines and preventatives, so she is ready to go home the moment her person finds her.

🐾 Help Keep Our Furry Friends Warm & Cozy! 🐾

Our animal shelter is in urgent need of a commercial-grade dryer to help care for the dozens of animals we house every day.

Why we need your help:
- We wash countless blankets, towels, and bedding daily to keep our animals comfortable
- Clean, dry bedding is essential for preventing illness and keeping our pets healthy
- Our current dryer has reached the end of its life after years of faithful service

What we're looking for:
- Commercial or residential dryer
- Large capacity preferred
- Working condition (gently used is perfectly fine!)

Every warm blanket and dry towel makes a difference in an animal's comfort while they wait for their forever home. Can you help us continue providing the best care possible?

“Riley, Lexi and Reggie. Our deck doesn’t have stairs, so the cats can get some outside time without worrying about them getting hurt. It’s Riley’s favorite place to be. Lexi and Reggie love snuggling. We have been blessed by each one of them, thanks to PAWS taking care of them until they found their home with us. We are so thankful for everything you all do.”
