A new bill, HB547, could create a Diapering Supplies Fund to support families in need across Utah. If passed, Utah taxpayers can donate directly to the fund when filing state income taxes, helping nonprofits like Utah Diaper Bank provide essential supplies like diapers and wipes.

Lack of diaper access is a serious issue—it impacts children's health and even prevents parents from using daycare. This bill would be a big step toward supporting families and ensuring every baby can access clean diapers.
