Notice: We just wanted to give everyone a heads up that the entire front parking lot of both buildings will be blocked off all day on Monday, June 19th, while getting an asphalt overlay. The parking lots at the sides and back of the buildings will remain open and will be accessible through the alley on the rear of our property. The front parking lot will reopen on Tuesday. Thanks in advance!

We are sad to say goodbye to the last video rental store in Park Hills and a great tenant to the Ragsdale property for the last 10 years. We hope to fill this space with another great business that can serve our great community for years to come!

Many area residents have fond memories of heading to the video store and picking up the newest releases, popcorn, and other essentials for a great movie night or sleepover.

Happy Labor Day to our community!

2020 has been an exciting year for the Ragsdale Professional Center. We have welcomed several new tenants so far this year - World Finance Corporation in May, Central R-III Schools (Early Childhood Special Education) in August, and most recently, we have welcomed Ooh La La Salon & Spa, which will be open for business in suite 528 on September 22nd. Thanks to these new tenants and to a great community that supports them!
