Starting today we will be asking everyone to have a current card on file! This week alone we have had countless No Shows and people calling 2 minutes before their appointment to cancel.

Reminder, No Shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the missed groom. We will work with people who have emergency’s because we understand life happens but we need a 24 Hour Notice to ensure we can fill your spot.

We get up, get dressed and show up daily to provide you with the best possible service we can and we are so grateful for everyone who has brought their puppies to us to get beautified throughout the years!

(Also, remember if you come into my safe space that I’ve provided for myself and Deja and are cruel and rude you will no longer be welcome!)

🐶 No Shows and Last Minute Cancellations.

Starting today, we will be charging 100% of the missed groom. This will be added to your next grooming appointment. When you no show us and we wait for 10-15 minutes or you decide to call 2 minutes before your appointment, we do not have time to call anyone on our cancellation list and have them drop everything and rush there dog in. We now have an empty spot that was saved specifically for you and we are left empty handed.

If No Shows and Last Minute Cancellations continue at this high rate, we will have no choice but to make everyone prepay for their grooming appointments.

🐶 We are currently booked out 5 weeks in Park Rapids and Ada has availability in the following weeks!

🐶 Our hours will be changing at both locations starting September 3rd!
Ada: Monday-Wednesday and every other Friday - 10:00am-6:30pm.
Park Rapids: Monday-Thursday and every other Friday from 10:00am-6:30pm!

🐶 Park Rapids clients, there will be a price increase on certain services starting at the beginning of September! We greatly appreciate your business and hope you understand the need for this change!

Believe it or not, the 4th of July is only a few short weeks away! Park Rapids clients, if you are wanting your pup looking spiffy for the 4th, we have some openings next week! Ada clients, my first week at the new spot is full and I am now filling up the rest of July!

Also, I have decided to close my books to new clients right now at the Park Rapids location. I am so sad to do so but the month of July is almost full and August isn’t far behind! Current clients, definitely be pre-booking your next appointment or two to make sure i have a spot for you!

Big Announcement!

K9’s Grooming has some big changes coming up! I am opening up a second location in Ada, Minnesota! We are also losing Deja at the end of June!

With these new changes, there will be a change in hours. The Ada location will be open Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00am-6:30pm and the Park Rapids location will be open Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00am - 4:30pm!

With this big new change, I highly encourage everyone to pre-book their next appointment(s) as it is unknown how far I will be booked out! If you’re a walk in nail trim client, please call/text to confirm I’m at the shop!

The Ada location will open the beginning of July and my books are open! The Ada location is 103 4th Avenue West, Unit #4, Ada, MN and the phone number is 218-415-0132 🐶

Just a friendly reminder!

Please show up to your grooming appointment on time. When you make an appointment for your own hair or to the doctor, you show up on time. So do the same for us. If you are 10 minutes late you WILL be charged a $15 Late Fee. After 15 minutes you WILL have to reschedule. We have appointments all day long and when you show up late, your appointment now pushes into the next dog we have, making the rest of the day a scramble.

No Shows will result in a $20 Fee at your next appointment. If you make it a habit of No Showing we will either have you prepay for all future services or you’ll have to be placed on a do not groom list. If you feel you need a reminder text the day before, just tell us! We have no problem sending over a message to remind you!

When we contact you that your pup(s) are ready, please come pick them up. We are very limited on space at our salon so unless you’ve talked to us about a pickup time, you will be charged a $12 Daycare Fee. We’ve had an issue lately of dogs being picked up after we close. If you chose to leave your pet with us after hours, you will be charged double.

We understand life happens and we will work with you the best we can! Please respect our time and the services we provide.
