Seasoning Blends - Mushroom Umami, Pink Maple Umami (made with Pink Oyster mushrooms), Chesapeake Umami (made with Lion's Mane)
The main ingredient is our mushrooms, not salt!

Our good friends at Forest Trail Farm LLC showed us a harvest they got from our recycled mushroom blocks!

You can throw your spent mushroom grow kits in the garden and sometimes they'll produce!

We are pleased to announce that we will be selling our fresh mushrooms at the Refillary on Friday, July 7th from 3p-6p.

We'll be there between 3-6p the first and third Friday of every month until further notice. We hope you'll stop by and try our delicious gourmet mushrooms!
