Howdy folks. Huge update from Charlie Moore and Rainier Heritage Farm. I don’t post often, so here it goes. I met the love of my life, Alina Love, a little less than two years ago. We got engaged while on vacation to Cuba. Then we get married last March, and took our honeymoon while RV’ing in Ireland and Scotland. She is so amazing, and I hope you can meet her one day! And just a few months prior to that, I laid my life down as a world class sinner, and asked the Lord Jesus Christ to lead my life. I’ve found joy and peace beyond anything I’d previously imagined. I am back to raising pasture raised pigs, and Wagyu/Angus beef cattle. We live in Elizabeth CO currently. We’ve purchased property in Hayden Colorado, which someday will be our retirement home. Hayden is near Steamboat Ski Resort, our favorite! I am in the process of renaming my farm and meat business to DaySpring Ranch, in honor of my walk with the Lord (IYKYK). I regularly have highly marbled pasture raised pork available for sale, so If I can hook you up, please make a reservation for a quarter, half, or whole pig. I ship nationwide! Thanks to everyone for 'Liking' my farm's FB page. I just reached my first 100 people. As you know, this is more and more the way people are connecting and researching who they do business with. Please recommend me to your FB friends, as its my goal to reach and 'Friend' 1,000 people by the start of summer. Also, don't forget that I have more fresh pork coming up for sale. Will on farm harvest 5-6 head on March 16th. I took reservations for one, and possibly a second half already tonight. Please get in on this while I still have product. Rainier Heritage Farm is my Dream Come True. Having spent my entire career in large scale agriculture and industrial meat processing, I left the corporate Rat Race to find “My Own Private Idaho”. I found it next door in Rainier Oregon, with a 70 acre farm, raising an incredible composite pig breed called Idaho Pasture Pigs, and Salers cattle. I’ve been blessed in my career. I’ve toured dozens of cattle ranches, nearly 100 hog farms and almost as many meat processing plants throughout the US and abroad. All this for Maverick Ranch Natural Meats and Niman Ranch; two of the most respected names in the branded meat industry. In those 20+ years, I learned a lot about what I liked, and didn’t, with today’s farming & ranching industry, as well as the corporate meat & grocery industries. Creating my own all-natural farm, Rainier Heritage Farm, is the result of my intentional path to creating sustainable authentic relationships with other folks who want better, healthier food for themselves and their families. I produce exceptional quality pasture based beef and pork, raised without antibiotics, added growth hormones, or other unnecessary industrial chemicals and tools. Whether your simply looking to buy a whole or half animal for your freezer and having it custom processed your way, or your wanting to grow your own feeder animals or raise your own by purchasing high quality breeding stock from me, I’m here to help and coach you along the way. As a fourth generation farmer and rancher, this comes naturally to me. Don’t get me wrong, this is the hardest ‘job’ I’ve ever tackled. But its a labor of love, and one I adore sharing with others.
