Attention Clients: COVID PROCEDURE UPDATE

Due to a recent uptick in Covid-19 cases and several of our clients and delivery drivers reporting to us that they have tested positive for Covid-19, we will be temporarily returning to curbside service for the safety of our staff and clients, effective Monday, November 22nd.

Below are the steps to take when arriving at your appointment:

1. When you arrive please call us at (303)840-1000.

2. One of our staff members will meet you at your car, and bring your pet inside the hospital. Please make sure to inform the staff member at check-in of any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet.

3. We will have you speak with the veterinarian over the phone once the appointment is complete, and before check out.

4. Once you have talked to the veterinarian, you will be transferred to the front desk to complete check out and payment over the phone, and your pet will be brought back out to you.

A similar protocol will be followed for picking up prescription medications and food.

Please also wear a mask during interactions with the staff, and maintain a 6ft distance with our staff, whenever possible.

We appreciate your understanding at this time. We look forward to resuming full services again as soon as possible.

Thank you to everyone for your votes!! Unfortunately SRPH did not win this year, but wanted to congratulate Tall Grass Animal Hospital on such a creative pumpkin!!

We're already planning our pumpkin for next year Animal Emergency & Specialty Center! 🎃🐶

We have a winner! Thank you to all of the local veterinary hospitals that participated in our pumpkin decorating contest this year.

And the winner is...Tall Grass Animal Hospital! 🎃
