Our time in the desert has sadly come to an end. We had an amazing 6 weeks and can't believe it's already over!! Thank you to everyone at the Desert International Horse Park for an amazing horse show, as always, and we are already excited for fall!

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced groom to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consistent barn work in a stable, non-traveling environment. As a stay-at-home groom, you will be responsible for basic barn chores, stall cleaning, turn-out, and maintaining the overall care and well-being of the horses. This is a full-time, non-show grooming role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain stalls, ensuring a clean and safe environment for the horses.
- Daily Turn-out and blanketing.
- Assist with general barn chores, including feeding and grooming.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of tack, equipment, and barn areas.
- Monitor the health and condition of horses and notify management of any concerns or issues.
- Assist with other daily barn operations as required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with horses, preferably in a hunter/jumper setting.
- Ability to perform all barn chores independently and reliably.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dedication to horse care.
- Must be able to handle physical labor associated with barn work.
- Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- No housing provided; applicants must have local accommodations.

Compensation:
-Pay is based on experience.

Week II is a wrap at Autumn in the Rockies with LEG Shows & Events. We had beautiful weather and a great show! Congrats to everyone on a successful week! Next up, Capital Challenge!

- Mo Baptiste's Heristoff des Forets: Champion in the Performance Hunters 3'3" and proudly offered for sale!
- Jen Singer's Remark RW was Champion in the Green Hunters 3'3", Postmark was Champion in the Pre-Adult Hunters, Watermark was Reserve Champion in the Pre-Adult Hunters, and Silvermark was Reserve Champion in the Green Hunters 3'!
- Bella Uhrig and Kapow: Reserve Champion in the 1.20 JR/AM Jumpers and 6th in the Classic
- Kathryn Marshall and BSS Olimpia de Baugy: 1st in the $2,000 1.25 JR/AM Classic and 1st in the 1.20/30 JR/AM Jumpers. Kathryn was also 4th in the Classic on Inara SZ.
