Llama tested, llama approved.
Hitch'n Post Hay delivered beautiful hay for the llamas, horses and goats on Saturday. Not a day too soon as we are forecast for some wintry weather.
Keeping the animals well fed with hay, and grain as needed, is paramount during the colder months. Our hay expense is a large part of our budget. All donations directly benefit the animals in our care and are greatly appreciated. Please visit our website at www.edwardsanimals.com and click on the Donate tab. Thank you💕

***Loki Update ***
Dr. Whitton from Iron Horse Equine examined and tubed Loki. He was bloated and dehydrated so she gave him fluids. Everything on ultrasound looked good, no apparent impactions, so it seems he may have a little gas colic. Thankfully he’s already feeling a little better and is up and nursing. Breezy will continue to monitor him through the day. We are so incredibly grateful for Breezy, our wonderful vets and of course to our friends and supporters who have donated towards his vet bill. We’ll continue to keep you updated.

Loki needs your help once again. Breezy called to let us know that he is colicking this morning. He has been given Banamine to help with the pain and our veterinarian is on the way. We will keep you updated on what they say.

This poor little guy has had such a rough time, with one medical emergency after another. We know that you are all there supporting him at each and every step. If you can find it in your hearts to help him another time, we could really use your help to cover the vet bill.

Every little bit helps! Your kindness and generosity for Loki is immeasurable and we couldn’t be more grateful for your support.

Thank you, and keep your eye on our page for updates.
