Canine infectious respiratory disease complex (CIRDC) is in the news, and clients understandably have questions. Here’s information you can share to help address their concerns.

Due to the recent outbreak of the canine flu I'll be making some policy changes for the immediate future. EVERYONE who comes to me for grooming is a responsible dog owner and I appreciate that. Also as you know I rarely have space for a new client so I know everyone and their dog very well. As a precaution if you have your dog boarded at any facility over the holidays I would ask you to let me know. I will cancel your appointment and reschedule after a 2 week waiting period (watching for symptoms). Also if your dog has been to the vet or any gathering place where they may come into contact with unfamiliar dogs those appts should be rescheduled. I will be disinfecting as usual and doing my part as well. Additionally some of you let your dogs interact with one another during drop off/pick up that is probably something we should not do at this time. As usual if I notice any thing out of the ordinary with a dogs health I will let you know. Please don't be alarmed. You are all lucky to have a one on one groomer where there aren't 50 dogs a day in one shop and no one waiting in kennels. I know each of your dogs very well and love them all I will do my best to keep everyone safe healthy and clean. Today I am thankful for such wonderful dog owners.

Hello. This is 5yr old Bell the papillon. The only things I know about her are that she has grown up with kids and other pets. She is in need of a new home due to no faultof her own. If you are interested let me know.
